TERMS OF SERVICE
By using the services provided by NewStone Property Management, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
NewStone Property Management offers property management, asset management, project supervision, and maintenance services for residential, commercial, and short-term rental properties.
2. Payment Terms
- Management fees are due as outlined in the Property Management Agreement.
- Late payments may result in additional fees or termination of services.
3. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach of agreement or violation of applicable laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
NewStone Property Management is not liable for damages resulting from:
- Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control.
- Negligence of third-party vendors or service providers.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Georgia and Florida, as applicable.
